“Pipeline that looks good in a dashboard is a story. Pipeline that closes is a system. We sell systems.”

I spent years inside lead-gen and SDR rooms watching the same pattern repeat — agencies hand off a meeting and disappear, in-house teams cycle through tools, and revenue never compounds. OutreachX was built to fix that.

Our model is simple: we own the full motion. From the moment we define your ICP to the moment the contract is countersigned, one team is accountable. No handoffs, no finger-pointing, no dashboards that look good and convert nothing.

I'm based in Dubai. The team is distributed across UAE, UK, Egypt and the US — close to clients, native to markets.

How we work.

Six rules
P.01

Own the outcome,
not the activity.

If the deal doesn't close, it doesn't matter how many emails we sent. We measure ourselves on signed contracts.

P.02

Write like a human.
Always.

No "I came across your profile" templates. Every sequence is read out loud before it ships. If it doesn't sound human, it doesn't go.

P.03

Channels compound.
One alone is fragile.

Email gets ignored, LinkedIn gets crowded, calls get screened. Layered together they become a system that survives any single failure.

P.04

Strategy first.
Always.

We don't sell volume. We define the ICP, sharpen the message, then turn on the channels. Bad ICP, bad message — no volume saves you.

P.05

You own the systems.
Not us.

Your CRM. Your domains. Your data. If we part ways tomorrow, you walk away with a fully operational engine — not a black box.

P.06

Show the work.
Every week.

Weekly reports, live dashboards, and a Slack channel that doesn't get muted. Transparency is the floor, not the ceiling.

/ 07 — Story

Why
OutreachX
exists.

CH. 01 — THE PROBLEM

Outreach got commoditized.

The market filled with agencies blasting templates and "AI-powered" tooling that flooded inboxes with sameness. Reply rates collapsed. Buyers stopped trusting the channel. The metrics still looked busy — but pipeline got softer every quarter.

CH. 02 — THE INSIGHT

Pipeline isn't a campaign — it's a cycle.

The agencies that worked weren't running better campaigns; they were running better cycles. Strategy, outbound, follow-up, closing, hand-off — owned by one team, accountable for one number. We rebuilt the agency around that idea.

CH. 03 — THE PROMISE

One engine. Lead to contract.

We sell the engine, not the activity. ICP. Message. Channels. Pipeline. Close. CRM. Reporting. One owner, one accountable team, one signed contract at the end of it.

CH. 04 — TODAY

15 engagements deep.

From real estate in Texas to fintech in Dubai to cybersecurity in London, the model holds. The packaging is tight, the team is sharp, and we're picking 4–6 new engagements a year — selectively.

Become engagement №16.
